Linda LaNoue was born at Albion Community Hospital and raised on W. Erie Street, until moving into the 5th precinct when she was 5 years ago. Her family continues to live on both sides of Albion. Ian Colin McCain

I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know and working with Linda in the University of Detroit Mercy Master of Community Development Program the past two years.

During that time, it is clear she is an enthusiastic and empathetic supporter of her hometown of Albion. She has demonstrated her care and concern through strong, direct service, most recently with a statewide coalition called Project Rising Tide.

Linda is an active listener, a community builder, and a healer that deeply feels the joy and pain of her fellow Albionite’s.

This has guided her journey, strengthened her resolve, and makes her uniquely qualified to serve the residents of Albion’s fifth precinct. It has been my pleasure sharing campaign advice, and watching her candidacy take shape.

I know she will continue leading the way, especially when it comes to housing, employment, and access to fresh, healthy foods. In close, I urge you to ask yourself: What can LaNoue do for you?

Karen Brown

I met Linda as one of her professors in the University of Detroit Mercy’s Master of Community Development program.

Linda is an energetic individual with a passion for building community. She’s a hard worker and team player who will focus on employment, food access and other critical issues facing Albion residents.

Linda is dedicated to her hometown of Albion. She can be counted on to listen to, learn from and advocate for her constituents.

Linda’s got the leadership skills, patience and vision it takes to serve Albion residents in these challenging times.

I strongly endorse Linda to serve Albion’s 5th Precinct.
